Walter "Wally" Franczyk
Originally from Chicago, Walter J. Franczyk (he will insist you call him Wally) is a cofounder and Vice President of Engineering and Sales for Vista International.

He shared a vision of developing manufacturing capabilities in China, which could enable small to medium-size U.S. OEM manufacturers to procure reliable components and assemblies from China at price points which would allow them to remain competitive. (more)

Richard Ying Ji, Ph.D
Richard is a citizen of the People’s Republic of China, a founding partner and President of Vista International.

As a college student, Richard became involved in the Chinese student movement and activities in the 1980s, emerging with a mere handful of individuals as a national leader. His opportunity to study abroad came through his involvement in the science of aquaculture. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Shanghai, he pursued a master’s at the University of Washington in Seattle, and later received his Ph. D. from the University of Minnesota. (more)

Hunter Ji
Hunter serves as chief executive officer of the Nantong Wanquan Metal Products Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vista International and Vista’s primary manufacturing facility in mainland China.

His responsibilities include oversight of all operations management and resource/labor management of Vista’s China processes. His extensive background in director level manufacturing, coupled with his outstanding people skills and excellent relationship with local government have been key in enabling Vista to establish a vast network of quality suppliers of castings, forging, gearing, machining, fabrication and electronic components. Mark Ge
Mark is Chief Engineer for Vista International’s Nantong WMP Company, a pivotal role which includes responsibility for the interpretation and transfer of American or Western designs into Chinese standards and customs.

Mark’s talent is integral to Vista’s quality process and the exceptional results we deliver. He supervises and assists in process engineering, he assists in the sourcing of parts and components, and he created and supervises the Vista design team, accountable for the production of machine parts and components, as well as complete machines.
